Alburtis Park in Pennsylvania has been the home of country music since 1925. Formerly known as Mickley’s Grove, this site served as a venue for people who want to listen to pure country music. Slozowick. The Alburtis Band performed here for years and the audience also got to enjoy home-cooked meals, drinks, and fun games including bingo.
This traditional game has been one of the favorite recreations of the folks back in Pennsylvania. According to Nationwide Bingo, there are currently 755 bingo halls located in this U.S. state. People during the early years have to go to the bingo hall or their community halls to enjoy this game. But today, modern versions of this game have come out – from CheekyBingo’s online chat games to the Biscuits Bingo charity event at the Guardian Angels Parish in Pittsburgh.

Bingo has also become one of the major attractions at Alburtis Park, where this game is played every weekend. Aside from listening to free country music, people also get a chance to win some cool cash by playing bingo between 12 noon to 8 p.m. This year’s series of concert and bingo sessions began in August and ended in September. The Alburtis Park Saturday events featured bluegrass, polka, and rock ‘n roll music as performed by local bands such as The Naturalistix, Bev and The Memory Makers, Big Valley Bluegrass, and Jamboree.
